Henry Shoes is a small business, and we are not able to routinely accept physical returns for fit, style preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@henryshoes.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. Please do not send any item back to us unless our support team has confirmed the next step.
